Welcome and thanks for visiting my profile!
My home flute studio location is very central to the Triangle: 10 minutes from Green Hope High and Panther Creek High; 15 minutes to downtown Durham and Brier Creek; 20 minutes to UNC and Apex!
I have a true passion for teaching the flute. I have enjoyed great success in my 30+ year career as a flute teacher. Currently, I am the Flute Professor at Campbell University, but delight in teaching students of all ages and levels, from beginners to professionals. Each student is special!

My approach is highly individualized, encouraging development of creative thinking and expressive music making in each student, with emphasis on self-exploration and humor. (Learning is fun!)
